Amédée Dieudonné (1890–1960) was a distinguished French violin maker from Mirecourt known for his meticulous craftsmanship. He began his training under Gustave Bazin before founding his own workshop in 1920. For four decades, he produced instruments renowned for their exceptional Cremonese-inspired craftsmanship, luminous orange-red varnish, and superb tone.

Dieudonné's workshop was also an important training ground, mentoring dozens of apprentices, including notable future luthiers like Étienne Vatelot, Bernard Millant, and René Morel. He also supplied instruments to prominent firms such as Wurlitzer and Moennig. A respected musician himself, Dieudonné conducted a local symphony orchestra until his death in 1960, leaving a lasting legacy in French violin making.
